Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Refunds are not applicable for customized or bulk orders unless the products are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@ajprosales.com for further instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@ajprosales.com. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
