Refund Eligibility

  • We accept refund requests within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Refunds are not applicable for customized or bulk orders unless the products are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@ajprosales.com for further instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@ajprosales.com. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
